Job Description: Fitch Ratings is currently seeking a persuasive and assertive Senior Business and Relationship Manager to cover the Brazilian market. Individual must have debt capital markets and business development experience. This position will be responsible for growing revenue for Fitch and promoting the value of Fitch Ratings to CFOs and other treasury staff of issuers, bankers/structurers (investment banks DCM teams) as well as investors and will cover a diverse portfolio of products. The candidate is expected to develop and execute marketing and business development strategies, as agreed with the Regional Head of Business Development Latin America and to provide marketing support to analysts at a tactical level. Requirements: The person will have successful experience as a relationship manager in a financial institution or in the debt capital markets (DCM) space with an understanding of the key market participants in this business. The key specifications include:
a. A minimum of six years relevant marketing or relationship management experience in debt capital market or the banking/financial services sector. 
b. Have expanded knowledge of fixed income markets, the credit rating industry and the financial services industry/instruments. 
c. Highly developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
d. Highly motivated and results oriented; able to generate business development ideas and strategy as well as strong in day-to-day execution. 
e. Ability to cope with time pressure and deadlines. 
f. Able to work independently with strong attention to detail.
g. Team oriented, with ability to effectively build relationships both externally and internally. 
h. Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time. 
i. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Portuguese.
